If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, please call or email Linda Aspey at: Bookings are subject to a minimum of 2 nights stay, or 3 over peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter. Guests are required to sign a contract for the rental prior to the booking being confirmed. Payment terms: 50% of the rental is payable in advance, via direct bank transfer or via Booksure. The balance is payable 30 days before arrival. A breakages/damages deposit of R3,000 will be requested by our agent on arrival, refundable on departure, less any charges. There is no charge for children under 2 - parents are advised to bring their own travel cot and bedding for safety reasons, or a cot with bedding is available to hire for ZAR 50 per night (1 weeks' notice required). Please enquire about possible discounted rates for stays of 7 nights or more. If you require a longer term rental please do contact us to discuss. | Prices are per night for the property, not per person, and are shown in South African Rand and British Pounds, based on a rate of 1 ZAR to 0.0671 GBP (£) at 29/07/08.
